Your Host will take you from The Interlude to the nearby Essendon Fields Airport, where your pilot will take you on an exclusive flight.

Enjoy the scenery from above before landing at Mount Macedon Winery. The Macedon Ranges has a long and fascinating history, and the story of Mount Macedon Winery is no different. Located on the Western slopes of Mount Macedon, with stunning views overlooking the Black Forest Valley, Mount Macedon Winery sits 680 metres above sea level, making it one of the highest-altitude wineries in Australia.

Stop in for a three-course lunch, where the restaurant is all about bringing people together to celebrate the region’s seasonal produce and connecting with the local farmers who make it all possible. Rustic, hearty, and seasonal dishes are at the forefront of the menu, with hand-crafted wine to match.

When the time comes, head back to the helicopter and enjoy a scenic flight around Hanging Rock, before returning to Essendon Fields Airport, where your Host will be ready to return you to The Interlude.
