Embark on a journey through time with our Head Sommelier where you will discover the change of wine from the founding families, to the evolution of fine wine, and now revolution. Then taste how time affects wine by comparing a vertical of one wine across a variety of years.

16:45 - STORY OF PLACE
At sunset gather in our Reflection Garden and find a warm place by the campfire to settle in, a glass of Yarra Valley pinot in hand. Hear the stories of our creative hub from Victoria’s local icons to the boutique and extraordinary; learn about the history of our unique site.

19:00 - DINNER AT NORTH&COMMON
Produce and provenance are at the fore of everything at North&COMMON, indulge in a meal that highlights our amazing producers from near and far.

9:00 - BREAKFAST IN NORTH&COMMON
Enjoy an artisan breakfast, savour the smell of local roasted coffee, while you watch the morning light bring the precinct to life.

10:30 - UNDERGROUND RELAXATION POOL
Leave the weight of daily life behind and retreat into our historic underground bathing sanctuary.

13:00 - LUNCH IN OLIVINE
Indulge in a two-course lunch in Olivine

14:30 - KOKO & DIGESTIVES
Discover how to match chocolate with Mistelles, the forgotten aperitif, by indulging in this rare and personalised pairing of artisan chocolate from Koko Black. Savour distilled and fortified expressions of grapes from our local to the various corners of France from regions like Cognac to Champagne and beyond.
